Just like your own household, the Mission has ongoing weekly expenses to care for the precious lives entrusted to us.

It costs approximately $3,500 per week to keep the Mission running.

We are a large family, covering essential needs such as groceries, transportation, utilities, personal hygiene items, school tuition, school books, school uniforms, after school activities, payroll for staff, maintenance, repairs, and many other daily operating costs.

Ministry has a cost. Businesses rely on sales, churches rely on tithes and offerings, and missionaries depend on faithful support. In the same way, our rescue mission requires consistent financial partnership to continue bringing hope, shelter, and transformation to those we serve.

Suggested giving amounts:

Give toward our General Operating Fund, Sponsor a Child, or give toward a project (Please memo your designated giving.)

$10 – Provides a haircut for a child or adult

$25 – Buys cleaning supplies or toiletries for a week

$50 – Covers a dental visit for one person

$100 – Fills the mission van with gas

$250 – Funds a hospital trip for a chronically ill individual

$500 – Funds ongoing upkeep and repairs around the Mission’s Facilities

$1,000 – Buys groceries for the mission for an entire week

$2,500 – Supports education or vocational training for a full semester (including materials and activities)

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit — every dollar is applied to the fund it is given toward.

  • Yes. We are a 501(c)3 Non-profit Organization. Annual donation receipts are provided for your tax records.

  • Every donation you give is received and carefully managed in our U.S. office. Funds are then disbursed to the mission in Honduras through established, accountable accounting procedures. We maintain high standards of financial integrity so you can give with full confidence that your gift is handled responsibly and reaches those it is intended to help.

  • We love that you want to get more involved!

    There are several meaningful ways to serve with us. Short-term mission teams travel to Honduras throughout the year, and we welcome both individuals and groups. You are also welcome to put together your own team from your church, family, or friends.

    Pastor Vaughn Drawdy has over 28 years of experience leading teams to Honduras and would be happy to speak with you about joining an existing trip or planning a custom team trip for your group.

    We understand that a full semester sponsorship of $2,500 can feel like a large commitment all at once. That’s why we offer the opportunity to sponsor a student through monthly giving.

    We would love to connect you with one of our students and walk you through the sponsorship process. Cristina would be happy to speak with you personally, answer your questions, and help you get started.
